This meeting will be held at the Holiday Inn Express starting at 12:30.   Strathmore on Board  Posted by: HJHL Sunday, May 04, 2008 The Heritage Junior Hockey League is proud to announce that the Strathmore Wheat Kings will be joining the fold for the 2008-2009 season. Their application was accepated at the Annual General Meeting held in Airdrie today. Thrashers Win Silver  Posted by: HJHL Tuesday, April 08, 2008 Congratulations to the Three Hills Thrashers for hosting a marvelous Provincial Junior "B" Championship weekend. The host team topped it off and made the Heritage Junior Hockey League proud by winning a silver medal. The Sherwood Park Knights defeated the Thrashers in the final to win the provincial title. Cochrane Generals lost in the semi-finals and failed to advance to the big game. Generals are Champions  Posted by: HJHL Saturday, March 29, 2008 Cochrane Generals completed there comeback to win the Heritage Junior Hockey League title with an exciting 5-4 win over the Stettler Lightning. The Generals were up 5-1 after two periods and hung on in the third to secure the victory. Kyle Tucker, Anthony Farrow, Preston Hunter, Curtis Kronlund and league scoring champion Dave Sissons with the winner. Ryan Teske and Clayton Herzog scored two each for Stettler.
